The Greater Trilby is planning its First Annual Dinner and Awards Ceremony.

for the Northeast Pasco Trilby/Lacoochee/Trilacoochee area.

The event will be held at the New Life Center in the 3,500 sq ft Fellowship Hall at the Trilby United Methodist Church, 37504 Trilby Road, and the public will be invited.

 Our Idea is:

We will have a annual dinner in September to commemorate our incorporation.. The date should be around September 15th. The dinner will include the businesses, citizens, and all parties who partnered and or participated with TGTCA. 


All newspapers will be invited and it will be a formal dress night. 


The first award we have in mind will be, "The Diamond award for Excellence in all we do-Going above and beyond the call of community service." 

This award is for an individual who gives 100% of themselves, through excellence, dedication, spirit, ambition, and the drive to make TGTCA a model non-profit community association in the country... This is the highest award for TCA


Other awards may include:

Board member of the year award for the TCA Board of Director

Citizen of the year award in the Tri-community

Volunteer of the year award for anyone who assisted TGTCA in the past year 

Business, club, non-profit of the year award in the Tri-Community

Youth of the year award in the Tri-Community 

Church of the year in the Tri-Community

Crime watch patrol officer of the year (new)

Senior of the year (new)


Anyone who wants to take on a specific task-such as the dinner-nomination forms-music-may chair that for the year. Anyone can help for this event...

Tickets may be 25 dollars per- person which will  include dinner and drinks. Silent Auction will be from 6:00 to 6:30 dinner from 6:30 to 7:30 awards from7:30 till done... Donations for silent auction will  be accepted June1.  Nomination forms-start July21st to Aug 5th. The money raised will stay in our community
